A Fund For Women holds an annual event fundraiser each year, generally in October. Everyone interested in learning more about AFFW, or who is already involved with the organization is welcome to attend.
Sometimes special guests serve as keynote speakers, sometimes a video provides entertainment. Every year, grant recipients participate in some way in the program. New grants are also announced for the upcoming year.

Since this is generally an evening dinner followed by a program, it gives guests a chance to gather for conversation before hand, and the opportunity to dine together and meet others who support AFFW. The executive committee and staff are there to answer questions and help folks understand the important work the fund supports, and the joy of philanthropy.

The Executive Committee meets monthly for 9 months of the year. This committee includes the chairs of the several sub-committees that comprise the fund's leadership. The group addresses donor development, grantmaking, marketing, special events, and any issues that need addressing.
Other individual fundraisers, donor celebrations and lectures are often held throughout the year. They will be posted on this site as they're scheduled.
